One of them at least, Samus Phazon Suit, 1,500 made in total.

American McGee's Alice big box. I bought this on ebay before it was re-released digitally on PC with Madness Returns. I regret nothing.
My 2 only limited editions of Wii games. Both are awesome.
The Gameboy Micro is the best portable console ever. I specially love my Famicom edition. I dream of getting the Mother 3 and Pikachu editions too.

It's not much and I don't have it to take a picture of, but I'm cherishing that Year of Luigi coin I got from Nintendo's E3 event.

I also have one or two of those silly gold plated Pokemon trading cards back home as well. I dunno if something can be a treasure if it came from McDonalds.

Only other thing is I still have a semi-functional class clear Game Boy.

Why do I keep coming to these threads god dammit! I gotta stop spending money on clothes and lattes and start up a nice collection, anyways I have xenoblade...that's it. I'm not even going to justify it as a "treasure" by capitalizing the x in its name.(I have yet to actually play it, so it's unopened until I get my wii u later this year)

The fact that it's still brand new and unopen, certainly makes it a very nice treasure to have for now. :)

For an actually "personal" one of my gaming treasures, I have an SNES that I played at preschool that managed to pass into my hands after nearly 20 years. It was the first place I played a lot of games like A Link to the Past. It's old, dusty, looks like it's been played by tons of way-too-young kids, and is all yellow-y, but dang. Feels good to play the same old games on it.

I have some actually rare stuff I like laying around as well, but I don't feel like taking them out to take pictures. Maybe later.

One of my favorite games. I remember getting this on Christmas morning. I ran back to my bedroom and turned it on. I want to say it was basically the only thingi played with that day!

Posted this before but I created my own by having DDP sign this.

I know I know Revenge is better.

My name is in every limited edition of Halo 4. (Red Team, player at the bottom) There's a running joke in HaloGAF about how I can never get more than a triple kill. So, there I am, with only 3 kills lol

This is probably my most treasure gaming related item. I was seriously blown away when I first saw it.

Not adding anything now, but subbing so I can later. Oddly enough I can't sub from my mobile without posting. So I'll be back! Gotta get home and pics taken and allll.

Since I'm not a collector I just keep stuff I really like.

My japanese Genesis/Mega Drive. First console I ever owned. Had it unlocked so it could run western cartridges back then. And yes, it still works. Consoles those days were made to last forever.

Genesis/Mega Drive original games I have. I got some others but they're illegal copies. And just like the console, all still work.

World of Warcraft first retail edition. It's so cool I just can't get rid of it.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Collector's edition stuff. CD is missing, Forgot where I put it. I only bought this because of the Jack in the Box.

Batman Arkham Asylum Collector's Edition. Batrang made me get it, but I actually liked the asylum inmates embossed leather dust book even more.

Only two gaming things I consider a treasure that I own (besides my Starfox air freshener that I was beaten to the punch on). Panasonic Gamecube Q and factory sealed Donkey Kong Country. Still need to grab DK2 and DK3 sealed.

Okay. I need to know what this is and where it came from, details please.

Bottom right of the box says Circuit City so maybe there? Also I know I recieved the air freshener for pre-ordering the game from Gamestop ( E.B. Games back then? ) . My best guess is some sort of pre-order bonus. Either way, I am jealous of it.

I don't usually post on gaf, but as a Megaten collector I figured I'd post some of the stuff I've acquired over the past couple years as I noticed there are quite a few users who enjoy the series.
I post at a gaming forum here in my country, but most people around here don't seem to care about the series, sadly.

I have a lot of stuff I'd consider a "gaming treasure", but I guess it's best I just post my absolute favorite, it's a bit late here so I don't want to spend the entire night writing and linking pics :p

First off is my Digital Devil Saga Special Package. It was released specifically for Korea, and includes both games along with some other goodies (artbook + OST + Poster + Guide + some DVD). Not sure how rare it is in Korea, but it sure is difficult to find anywhere else, specially in this condition (sealed).

What I love the most about it is the box and artwork. And the fact that I was very lucky to get it, some dude I happened upon via a blog helped me out get one.

Next up is this artwork of Lucifer by Kazuma Kaneko, the very artist responsible for all the classic demon designs in Shin Megami Tensei.

This was available at his exhibits in Japan, not sure if it was sold or given out. It looks as if signed by the man himself, but I'm not sure that is the case, probably a print of some sort. The "paper" used, well, it's not really paper, more like a board, thus my doubts about it, is unlike any other print I've seen.

My sealed copy of SMT II for the PS1. It's not uber rare or anything, but I just love the artwork so very much :)

Pic is somewhat dark, sorry, I took it a long time ago, have to take a new one with better lighting.

These are pin badges, featuring Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha characters. It was sold at the old Atlus D-Shop (shame they closed it).
Well, it's not that amazing of an item, but I don't know, I like it a lot for some reason, it's so stylish :p

Lastly, this is the full set of Japanese Blu-ray discs for Persona 4 The Animation, along with the special box to house it.
This sure came out expensive (damn you Aniplex, you greedy bastards), but I'll admit the end result is nice, I like it a lot.

The box was given/sold by HMV Japan, I think, can't quite remember.

Apologize for the poor lighting, these are old pics as well

I guess that's about it for now. I do have stuff from other series, most notably Valkyrie Profile, but will post some other time, I guess.

Not pictured, my signed game sleeves from Laura Bailey, Troy Baker & Kyle Hebert as well as my signed copy of Drake's Journal from Nolan North (too lazy to take pics).

So nice, my gaming treasure is my signed mgs4 sleeve by Kojima and Yoji, sadly do not have a picture as it is back in the UK

Whenever these threads pop-up, these two always come to mind. The first is the LittleBigPlanet Billboard. When I heard about these being posted around LA, I told my girlfriend to keep an eye out for one just in case. Lo and behold, she calls me one day and says she found one.

The second one I no longer own but was pretty special. It's the style guide for Kingdom Hearts. When I worked at Disney Interactive I used to clean out old employees workspaces. I'd find some cool odds and ends and we were supposed to throw them out but I couldn't do that on certain occasions and this was one of them.

I've had quite a bit of rare and uncommon stuff pass through my hands over the past couple of years. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

Most rare and recent thing was a sealed mint Legend of Zelda.

I think I have every single Metroid game boxed (if someone thinks I miss one, please inform me :) )

Sorry for crappy phone quality

And as a bonus the entire Zero escape series sealed! (As if that's a big accomplishment :x)

I'd pay so much money just to touch this D:

For my 18th birthday, a friend surprised me with this painting she did for me:

5 years later, and it's still got pride of place in my room. Love it.

Two? Two HSS-0130's!?

jelly.png

I love them. One cost me more than I'd like to admit (the modded one) and the other was a steal. No regrets. They even came with the boxes, though one box was bastersized and used as the shipping box -_-.

The top one is modded with two Xbox 360 PCBs and has additional holes drilled in the rear for the back and guide buttons. Perfect for console or PC use. I hope someone makes a 360->One adapter.

Bottom one is stock and I use Saturn->Dreamcast adapters.

My only gaming treasure really, printed on silk!

I also own a single set of Arne Jacobsen flatware after watching 2001 Space Odyssey, I kind of like obscure momentos.

Don't have it with me cause I'm up in College right now and can't take a pic myself, but this is probably the closest thing to a treasure I have (I won 2 of them)

Other than that I don't have much super rare swag. I do have an E3 Pikachu TradingCard though.

Really some impressive collection in here.

Also I'm getting random malware warning for this thread from Chrome. hmm
Says "terrisus.com" is a malware site. From user's "terrisus" posting. odd.

Yeah, someone else here mentioned they were getting that warning from my website a couple of days ago too. Not sure why, since basically the entire website is hand-coded HTML in Notepad, and I don't get any warning from it.
Ah well, I'll take out the direct picture link and change it to a text link, and check with my webhost to see what's going on I guess.
