So, I was just thinking.. What if there's unplayable bosses. Like in the adventure mode. Playing DK you go against K. Rool? Etc.

I have heard of that theories. People assumed that it will happened because of Yellow Demon. I don't mind but it would suck to see them having moveset and they are not playable at all.

Look at their builds -- they're obviously not the same person. It's speculated that the scantily-clad woman is a "reward" for the player, but there's never been a confirmation either way. Besides, that only appears in the Vs. Arcade version of the game, doesn't it?Guy?

Besides, all the Yellow Devil does is throw globs of yellow stuff at you. I sincerely doubt that you could make a moveset out of that.

To be fair, those Trophy writers make mistakes regularly. For example, some of the Brawl Fire Emblem trophies used the Japanese name for the sword used by the Black Knight rather than the one used in the game's official translation. A similar mistake is made where they list Lyn's age. It seems that the translators for Brawl just translated the Japanese ones straight, without fact-checking elsewhere with current Nintendo localizations. I am willing to bet that the Melee trophy translations were done in the same way.
It is worth pointing out that the Japanese language doesn't have gendered pronouns in the same way that English does. The "his" in the Mach Rider trophy description could have been inserted by the translator, who amy not be familiar with the question of the character's gender.

Still, none of the bosses from SSBB would be able to have a playable moveset, so I doubt SSB4 will be any different.

I think he believes that the website is updated every time they decide to add a new character. The website shows absolutely everything that the developers have worked on to this point.
Obviously, I explained to him Olimar and Toon Link have been announced due to their games releasing and that there's information being withheld, but his anger was pretty funny.
