Great to find a new die hard fan (let's face it, once you've played any smash you become a for hard fan). It's always surprising to me when I find a gamer who hasn't played any of the smash's. I've been a giant fan since I got the 64 version for my birthday.

I would say that there is a good chance that ice climbers will return. I think the only we can really guarantee are coming back are all the original 12. They've appeared in all three despite some of the characters waning relevance/popularity ( Captain Falcon, Ness, Jigglypuff)

Hope you don't mind getting your hopes up and then crushed every couple weeks now that you are here at smash GAF

I think I did try Melee a little back then but it have been so long that I'm not even sure if I just looked and played it. I think I played it.

Who were the original 12? Those already revealed and the 3 you mentioned?

She's three for three at this point though, and honestly I see not a single reason to let her go other than the fact that she's irrelevant nowadays. But that didn't stop a Brawl appearance in the end!

I just can't see her being cut. It wouldn't make any sense to me.

I've mained Jigglypuff since Melee. I'd be very upset if she was cut. Considering Jigglypuff was always the first character to unlock and for some reason she's one of the last in Brawl struck me as odd.

Jigglypuff is probably safe. From what I've heard (not sure about the legitimacy) Mewtwo probably would have made it if Sonic wasn't added so late.

EDIT- Also a part of me still really wishes Meowth were in over her because I always thought that made more sense. She's tradition now and since she's also part Fairy that will save her spot.

...once...in over 1000hrs. of SSBB...sadly before I installed the HBC. This happened in the middle of a 10 stock match between me and some of my buddies. Match ended up being too long to record it :/

Now the most amazing recorded feat as a casual junkie of SSBB I actually have on replay is me as Marth denying Ike's Final Smash during the trigger
