Pop Queen Katy Perry has just released the second promo single off her upcoming album Prism, due in stores on October 18th.

Produced by Klas Åhlund (known for his work with Swedish pop singer Robyn), Walking On Air is a pop dance song with heavy influences from 90s dance music.

The song follows Dark Horse, which was released as the album's first promo single two weeks ago; and Roar, the album's lead single, which has since topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The second official single, titled Unconditionally, is expected to drop sometime in October.

I love how they added a second vocalist to add that soulful church vibe that Perrysus couldn't achieve.

The song's all right. I love the vibe -- it's cute, but I'm plucked from Mariah Carey C&C remixes, so this just an't cutting it for me.

They should have let that guest vocalist really wail. It's missing something as epic as a good church-inspired soulful belt and melismatic rise to the heavens.
