New Nintendo Direct Tomorrow [WiiU/3DS, games releasing later this year]

Are these Directs easily available on the Wii U somewhere, or would I use the internet browser to find it (and where online can I find it once it's available?)?

That NSMBU + NSLU bundle might be officially announced too but it might be too soon after the Wind Waker HD bundle.
 
I just want a new ALBW trailer if all they are gonna talk about are games coming out by the end of the year.
 
Ok I got Nintendo Land today but when I pop it in it says preparing update. Nintendo servers are under maintenance so I guess it doesnt register that servers are down. Does Nintendo Land prompt a new update or something even for new Wii Us?

Either way Nintendo has a plenty good holiday lineup as it is. Announcing anything else now isn't going to help them. Making sure 2014 (and beyond) has a steady release schedule should be more important than loading this holiday season further.

Some items will only sell good during the Holidays, though. Items for children. Nintendo's line-up is still devoid of anything that will give the console a major identity. Announcing some huge core game like Kid Icarus x Monster Hunter is not something that I expect, but there is most definitely software out there that could help the console and make customers see the value in it. Whether Nintendo can do it is something else, but their projections call for a completely unrealistic scenario otherwise and I'm not gonna count them out until I see what they have.

Coming from an Animal Crossing player, they indeed look like ass, but yeah we really need screenshots. So many times playing MH3U this week I've thought "Hm. You know what?" I mean theoretically screenshots are possible, since when you're using Game Notes a still image of what you're playing appears on screen.

Capcom hasn't even enabled Screenshots for the WiiU version. No way would they do it for the 3DS one.
 
Are people seriously thinking that Nintendo will announce new games? It's just going to be games that are coming out from now to Xmas and probably January.

I don’t know if many people remember, but Nintendo has been continuously saying that they are holding certain games and not announcing them till the Holidays. I dunno if that was just a joke by Iwata, but he mentioned it more than one time. Said something like they don’t want other companies to copy their ideas or some shit lol

He said something like that, but I don't remember that statement being tied to this year or the holidays.
 
Wii Sports Club seems like it has fit that particular bill already, as well as their Wii Fit U plans. I can't possibly imagine anything more on top of that.

well, wii sports club came out of nowhere.. so, more of that please. nintendoland update with new attractions and online play.

They will announce Star Tropics this time. I can feel it! Also a new F-Zero and a Wave Race and a 1080. Just you wait!
 
They might show off that free to play steel diver finally, and maybe another piece of quick shovelware.

There is no way it's some AAA beautiful new waverace or metroid.

A Mario kart demo for the holidays would be a welcome surprise.

Who the hell knows. Who saw the 2DS or wii sports coming?
 
I don't think Nintendo will show anything new really, but I do think the new trailers for SM3DW and DKC:TF will impress. Maybe even change some of the "3DS ports" rhetoric out there. Update talk is pretty much assured, but what that will be is anyone's guess. We may see the beginnings of a true account system being put in place, but I don't see it being as simple as a flip of a switch. I think it is a priority for them, but it will take time.

Hopefully a delay for DKC: TF is not a part of the announcements tomorrow.
 
I really hope we will get news on that Chibi-Robo game. And that horse solitaire game that Gamefreak is working on: Soritia. Nintendo has been pretty quiet on the eShop exclusives front lately.

I wonder if they will finally announce Miiverse functionality on the 3DS to coincide with the launch of Pokemon X & Y (But I've heard the 3DS update has been delayed).

My guess would be news on Pokemon, Sonic, Professor Layton, and maybe confirmation of a few dates for the upcoming Zelda, Mario, and Donkey Kong games. I'm excited!
 
This time I will keep my expectations low. I will not be fooled into feeling false hope again.

Though announcing it a day before does make the wait more bearable as opposed to the weeks we had to wait for the e3 direct, hyping ourselves up to skyhigh levels. this is what's great about directs, they're predictable at times, but can drop unexpected bombs out of nowhere at other times.t
