Samurott's cool but I don't really see him being very agile or being able to do much in the way of jumping. Kind of essential things in Smash! Plus Oshawott is just about the cutest goddamn Pokemon in the world.
But anyway Ampharos is replacing Mewtwo and Lucario so that's pretty cool

Yeah, that'd be good too. Better even, as it'd make her more unique. I just figure having her follow the Pokemon Trainer template is an easy way to retain Lucario without him taking up a whole slot by himself.
Cynthia, champion of the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum games. She's also turned up in every release since as a kind of side character/post-game challenge.
