But I like the other 2 starters and Quilladin doesn't give me much hope that the last evo will look good

I've always liked the design concept of Greninja, and I'm pleased that it's his actual final stage. Not sure why people keep saying it still looks fake or bad. It's an incredible design, and the tongue-scarf adds a lot of character.
That said, I still expect Chespin to blow the other starters out of the water. If not, though, then Froakie is my pick. C'mon, Acorn Knight!
