I loved Dragonair. It deserves better than evolving into Barney. Jk sorta, Dragonite isn't that bad. I love Goomy and Sligoo is cool. Goodra is alright. Its a good design on its own but I was hoping for something a little different than a slimy Dragonite.
I always preferred Dragonair myself.
Maybe a Mega Dragonite can actually borrow its design from Dragonair?

Its a Pumpkin. Go to the grocery store and look at all the different size pumpkins you can get. My guess is there is a metagame attached to it, where you have to find the largest one you can for a farmer or whatever. Sort of like catching the Magikarp with the highest weight. Then maybe ones over a certain size are considered 'large size' forme and get a defense boost or a speed drop or something.

Guys, don't forget that in Gen IV, there were like 20 Pokemon that were not in the original D/P Regional Dex. They were a bunch of evolutions to past Pokemon, including Lickilicky, Probobass, Electivire.
Also, I've decided that the one thing I truly don't want to get spoiled on is the Elite Four. I love finding out what kind of trainer they are and the Pokemon they have.
