just a note regarding GTAV - if you trade it in at GAME, get them to price-check CEX. I traded my GTA in on Tuesday and they offered me £22 credit. Got them to price check CEX and it was £40 - which they added £1 to, so I got £41 for it. Not bad when it only cost me £6 from gamestop along with a couple of old wii games

On Steam it depends on the publisher: you can check region keys on SteamDB.

Deep Silver (the publishers of SR IV) are one of the very few companies who do region lock their games on steam - I bought Dead Island about a year ago and ended up with a US version that would not unlock in the UK (however i then got it as part of one of the humble bundles)
The UK or Euro versions of Saints row seem to still be £40 / £35 everywhere so if you want it you may have to wait :-(
One of the other problems is that Game have the 'exclusive' deal for the physical disk version so you cant even buy it in a supermarket or anywhere like that - its just full price at game or buy it via steam :-(

They've done it a while. Metro last Light was the same as well, at least the pc copies were quite easy to get a hold off with that one though so they weren't stupidly priced. Saints Row 4 on the other hand, seem to just be rare in comparison. It was a good job I managed to get a RoW key from that Brazilian retailer, I wouldn't pay £35 or £40 for it.
try to find out if the product code of the German and UK version is identical. PEGI version is "PCSF-00243" (Australia has the same code so it's likely to be the same SKU across PAL territory). According to http://www.schnittberichte.com/svds.php?Page=Fassung&ID=32808 the German version is uncensored. You should be fine. No guarantees.
Exactly why I was asking, retailers seem to have completely stopped selling it digitally. GMG have taken it off site.

I ordered DKC3d two weeks ago, it took about a week to arrive (Sweden). Much better than slow ass Zavvi and almost on par with Amazon.

Using the code it came down to £14.38, so I ordered it.
Realistically speaking it would only go £12.50, minimum £10 later on, so £4 isn't much.
