He does, and his face has some really harsh lighting. The other two don't have it.
Ah, yes. Much better. I hope they can get his fur not so blurry.
Thankfully that seems to be from an earlier build. Compare:
His fur still is blurred, granted, but that unappealing effect on his face is gone. Here's hoping Fox gets similarly worked on.

So this is still easily my most hyped unreleased game, but I can't help but think that it kinda looks like ass graphically. Comparing this to the most recent batch of SM3DW screens or MK8, it really does not compare favorably.
I don't just mean in terms of geometry and textures either, the actual character models just seem to be lacking a certain amount of character that they had in brawl.

The platform for that stage should have been the creepy whale god thing in the thunderhead.
And it would take you *through* the thunderhead to one of the floating towers briefly, then back to Skyloft with segments where you'd fight on the ground.

What? I was under the opposite impression, primarily due to the lighter palette. I remember Brawl being a disappointingly brown-and-yellow kind of game dominated by orangish hues and generally darker colours.

you can tell Sakurai is really having fun with these daily screens. sometimes at our expense.
I wish the rest of Nintendo will use Miiverse for their games the same way Sakurai is with Smash. These daily pics are great even if the game a tad bit away from release. Can't wait!

So far, I think Adult Link and Wii Fit Trainer are the only characters with nostrils.
