You know whats really been bothering me right now? The fact that Yoshi hasn't been named playable yet. Are they just gonna wait for Yarn Yoshi to be finished before they reveal him?

It's been ages since we even heard anything about Yarn Yoshi. I wonder if anything's happened to it.

Theres still a ton of people who just havent been announced yet, yoshi isnt a exception
 
Sent those fake character photoshops I made yesterday around work to day to see if anybody would bite. I work in a game studio so you think people would be able to tell but no, had to go to every single person and tell them it was fake, they all took them as fact!

Obligatory: He's referring to Ridley off-screen, of course. Fox as his prey is the one smelling Ridley behind him, that's why he wants to get away ASAP.
 
Too many 3DS screens lately. I wanna see the Xbox One version.

Mario and Pikachu are the only characters available at launch, and then you get the privilege of buying the rest of the roster later! It's sweet!

OMIGASH! That's amazing! You're telling me that I get to customize my roster with people I want. :D Now I can finally have my Fox only matches.

The game doesn't look shabby at all(its artstyle is cleverly used) but visually and gameplay-wise, the Wii U one is going to destroy it.

Will it make the 3DS version obsolete???

Nope but it will be the definitive version by a good deal unless you love cel-shading.
 
Cel-shading? Where?

You know outlines are not cel-shading right? They are just commonly used in conjunction with cel-shading to complete the hand drawn look.

Pro-3DS because I only own a 3DS and if I'm honest, it's looking more impressive on 3DS than the Wii U. Wii U's a lot more capable of what they're doing. Also, i'm more of a handheld gamer, I haven't much time to sit there staring at a TV screen for hours upon end.

I never said the Wii U game would be crushed by the 3DS, but the 3DS game will crush it in sales, if we're taking Nintendo's latest sales report into account.

EDIT: Gameplay wise, it's going to be extremely similar. Fight on a platform, win. The gameplay's not going to change. It'll be easier on the Wii U due to a better control stick, but gameplay will vastly be the same.
