I was merely making comment about those things that make devs excited in the coming gen. Things that should make you excited too :) And if a dev or several different groups of them based in quite a few different countries are making games that exactly fit the scenarios listed and do not want knowledge of their games leaking early have no fear. Let this letter of remorse quell your PR rage.

They're definitely making something AAA.

-What is that AAA title? A new IP or Gears, or (less likely) UT maybe Unreal
-Does Mark Rein attending the event raise the possibility of an announcement.
 
Man those epic ship to ship space battles better be the return if Colony Wars. Otherwise ?I will have to continue bothering Sony employees on Twitter about it.

Changing the name, then assigning them to assist the other studios on the project is certainly telling of something. Of what though? Who knows. The talk before they initially went dark seemed to heavily imply end of the year release.

Business-wise, seems definitely sound as well. If even only to reach some sort of parity with Sunset Overdrive in the art driven, mp experience department.

Only thing though? huh. Hopefully it turns out more promising than that.

Sorry for the stupid question but 11pm in which US time zone is that? I'm in the UK and wouldn't mind watching it depending on the time.
 
Gonna be a very fun night watching this and anticipating the launch of a brand new PlayStation.

I think the fact that Sony got it so right makes the anticipation even greater.

Yep 4am Friday morning. Hopefully there will be a spoiler free thread with a replay for when I wake up.
 
"Chickens in radiation suits" sounds like Ratchet & Clank. "Epic ship battles in space" might fall under them too. Please, Insomniac?

Though the chicken part could be something from Media Molecule. I'd be okay with that too.
 
I'm surprised how late it is in the US, hopefully that will mean there will be nobody from there watching the streams. :)

I think it's going to be all quiet on the R+C front until 2015 as that's when the movie releases, Surely there will be a tie in game.

This is what I've been thinking too. Makes so much more sense to push both the movie and a game at the same time rather than releasing a game in 2014 and the movie in 2015 separately. Also gives Insomniac time to work on Sunset Overdrive.

I didn't even know, until I saw the post above that, Epic was making a PS4 game, could that be what the "epic" ship to ship space battle game is? Would gopher ever drop a hint that specific?

I think for the E3 one he casually dropped "ready at dawn" somewhere in the post in a non obvious manner. Though I guess epic is a word used too much for it to necessarily mean that. But at the same time, this could just be what he wants us to think.

I think its entirely possible he would drop a hint that specific like that because while it's very specific, at the same time it could totally not mean anything and its definitely not solid evidence of anything.

He's playing mind games with us yo.
