Not really, digital release can be cheaper than retail since you could omit the physical medium from the costs.
As such, Tearaway can be $30 on PSN, and $36 retail for example.
You're missing the point.
The point is that sometimes the games pretty much are priced the same, regardless of the exchange rate (see Dragon's Crown, NGS2+) and sometimes they're not.
Seeing Tearaway priced at 20gbp and 25euros gave me some hope that the digital version here would be $19.99 or $24.99, but alas...
Tearaway is $39.99 at retail in North America. Given SCE's other first party games receive a 10% digital discount, I imagine the same will happen with Tearaway, hence $35.99.
This.
And that means no sale for your friendly neighborhood snowman.
Its gonna be a long wait for you.
Try to at least buy a Vita if a good deal presents itself to you. Like you, I was waiting for a Vita TV too but I bit the bullet when I found that I can buy a PS Vita for $60. (I actually bought it for $150 but it includes a 32gb mmc and a game so its essentially $60).
It's mind boggling to me that people would choose a Vita TV over a Vita itself. I want a Vita TV for the sole reason that I was looking into a Roku box for my bedroom and getting a Vita TV instead makes a lot of sense. Maybe for the "I want my PS4 on another TV a lot of the time", but still...
The system is top notch and you can literally play it anywhere. You don't *have* to sit down in front of the TV to make gaming time. That's my #1 favorite thing about this console... the WiiU kind of does it and the PS4 will use the Vita to do it a la the WiiU... but it's ridiculously convenient... when you have 5-10 minutes, you play if you feel like it.
Anyway, I agree with you. Vita first. Vita TV as an accessory later.
Is Gunstar Heroes not playable on the Vita? :/ (I have a PS3 that can transfer if that's possible).
Was Gunstar Heroes ever released as a PSX or PSP title?
I've never heard of it, so I'm guessing you're dreaming about playing PSN titles on Vita.
We can't even get SCEA to let us play the Crash games on our Vitas... like they're going to let us play various PSN titles on Vita...
There is it shows you how many matches you won and its shows your match win ratio, for ex if you have 10 wins and a 2 win per lose ratio means you lost 5 matches for a total of 15. So just divide the wins by the ratio and take that number and add to wins for your total.
Yeah, I figured that out later, but that involves a calculator.
I was wishing it just had more explicit stats, to include general things like "career headshots", "career matches", "warzone matches", "team deathmatch matches", etc.
Any reason Dragon's Crown is like £3 off?
Cause they like PS+ members?
