Everytime I read this thread I just shake my head at all of the bitching and Nick picking. I honestly don't get the complaints. This show has been completely enjoyable for me so far.

Kevin Beaumont (an insider of sorts, he ran a lot of Whedon fan related stuff) just tweeted this:
"@NexusFandom: If you've been waiting to see #AgentsofSHIELD click together, watch the episode tomorrow."

Retweeted by the Dr.Horrible twitter (Jed Whedon?) as well.
Season 1: episode 6 "FZZT"
When floating bodies turn up, Coulson and the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D must hunt down an elusive killer, and no one is safe not even the team.
What the fuck, WABC just cut off the show.
FUCK Chris Christie.
Yikes GAF sure lost interest hard.
Anyway I liked it. Some pretty okay character stuff in there.

Well, GAF was down the whole time.
Not even a minute into the conversation Fitz already gets friendzoned by Skye. What's up with that? Come on Fitz. You got this!
So how about that episode
Goddamn at the part where Ward was rescuing Simmons.
Bugged the hell out of me, why the fuck does he always have to be the hero? Fitz was about to jump out of the plane for her, but Ward has to save the day.
Let someone else save someone, goddamn.
Also I'm getting a badass motherly vibe from May.

And does Coulson and May having a discussion about his medical records their way of tying up the mystery surrounding Coulson surviving? Is "Tahiti" his time declared dead for either 8 or 40 seconds, or is there actual, otherworldly intervention?

Coulson talking about being "wired," "made of iron," etc.
They are really taking the piss on "he's a LMD" conspiracy nuts, aren't they?
Holy shit that episode was crazy good. If the rest of the season has been C+ to B range, this episode was a straight A. It had awesome character moments (Coulson talking to the fireman, Ward confronting his inability to just punch his way through problems, Fitz/Simmons caring for each other, some top notch acting from Simmons, and a nice push forward of the plot).
If we get more episodes like this, this series could be something really special.
When May asked him to open his shirt, I thought it'd reveal some sort of metal armor or something. Even though every part of my brain was shouting, "No, that wouldn't make sense. How would Coulson not have noticed that? Do the writers think we're that stupid?"
Just for a moment I thought they did.
I think this was probably the best episode so far, I actually enjoyed the characters and their problems this time.
