I would use it for humanitarian purposes. Make people who are already dying of something incurable not feeling pain or healthy enough to see their loved ones one more time. The eyes power allow to see the deaths of anybody and in theory predict wars, diseases AND advances in science by seeing people not dying as they should using modern statistics. This and a few low hanging fruits like betting on the sudden death of someone to gain money would hopefully allow someone with some help from smart people to change the world in a few decades.
