It would be very easy to sell an early PS4 by tomorrow. Especially so if an extra hundred is where it starts.

Let's say someone actually does buy it by tomorrow. Depending on where they live and the type of shipping they use, this could pretty likely take 2 or 3 days to get to buyer.

But if stock is limited then it would be great for those who missed out on pre ordering it for launch.

It'd probably be easier to just wait and see if any stores get any non-preorder stock since there will probably be some stores who have extra units to put on shelves.

Ha I'm right there with you, believe me. But I have no problems with this guy. It's probably best to look elsewhere as it seems like he's trying to cash in which will probably work out very well for him considering nobody else has one. So I don't blame him one bit.
