He's acting. That's his schtick. I used to hate him till I saw some videos of his where he's normal, now I appreciate the character.
But I'm guessing NDA (that PS4 didn't really arrive like that). I doubt we'll get anything from him.

I'm really starting to think having so few 'free range' PS4s (or even XBox One's outside of Target's error) out in the wild is due to better security measures put in place at warehouses and stores. Maybe with jobs harder to come by, people are less willing to risk their own just to sneak one home.
Great for the industry, though sucks as a gamer that craves more unscripted info before release.

Why would Sony be so secretive of their UI? I don't get it. 1.5 is out, consoles are shipped early to some and the console launches in 4 days. Is there something wrong they're trying to quickly fix or something?

I see suspend/resume is in there. So people were correct that it's only the standby mode that was cut, that's great news for me.
It was very quick jumping back into the game as well.

Neither Microsoft nor Sony showed off much of their UI during reveals.
Target accidentally shipped 150 XBox One units early to customers (no PS4s have been shipped out). One of the XBox One's fortunately went to a gamer with a Youtube channel, so fans on Friday night got to watch him poke around the UI until his console was banned (for playing COD online).
The few PS4's that have gone out haven't gone to people like this that can give us a glimpse at the UI. So, it has nothing to do with Sony (or Microsoft) trying to hide anything.
Implying Sony is trying to hide something is about as valid as saying only the PS4 won't ban anyone.

Sorry, I was referring to non PR, unscripted videos. Sony has the PS4 Interface Commercials, but they're even more produced. I wanna see audio options that I'll never adjust nor care about once I have it plugged in.
