Has anyone gotten a tracking number and seen Coffeyville Kansas as the shipping location? That's the only warehouse that could possibly get a PS4 to me on time at this point.
 
I guess this is my last post in this thread. PS4 is at my local UPS center and i should be getting it tomorrow. Cant wait for the 'Greatness'

I got the exact same thing, in NJ. Amazon has never screwed me before, so I'd like to think there's something wrong with UPS. On the phone with Amazon now and they're actually calling UPS to figure it out. I suggest you do the same.

I'm fuming about this. Ordered June 10, Amazon ships it UPS freaking GROUND!? Not getting my system until Monday after taking a vacation day from work tomorrow. Due to work and school (evening classes) I won't have any free time until next Thursday.

CS rep offers to let me return the PS4 next week and order a new PS4 for Saturday delivery, but money is super tight right now. I don't have an extra $400 to spend while I wait for Amazon to process a refund which wouldn't happen until I returned to system that arrives next week.

I'm so freaking disappointed, angry and shocked that normally reliable Amazon effed up so freaking badly.

AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!

Yeah mine's coffeyville. Shipping to Dallas. I did will call so hopefully I can pick it up tomorrow morning when they open. My system was in Tulsa Oklahoma last time I checked though. Hopefully it comes in the ups warehouse in time.
 
Mine still says "Ready for UPS"...via UPS ground a state away.

If I don't get this tomorrow Amazon will feel my wrath, as a loyal Prime customer I will be very disappointed.

Of course, if I don't receive it by 8PM that is.
 
I got my tracking number about an hour ago and successfully changed my shipping method to will-call.

I'll pick it up at 8:30 AM instead of waiting until 5 PM.

Thanks. It's about a three hour drive from Coffeyville to my local UPS depot (further than I thought ;_;) so they need to have it in a truck within the next hour or two.

As discussed earlier in the thread it's pretty common for UPS to initially say a later date and update to the launch day. The way Amazon and UPS interact is a bit weird. Contact Amazon CS if you are worried or if your expected date on amazon.com doesn't say 11/15.

Also in AZ, and mine's been "shipping now" for the last five hours or so. We have a local distribution warehouse though, so I'm not TOO concerned right now.

When you get expidited it usually means they threw it on a plane and it'll be there sooner. I see you were scheduled for monday but now it'll be there Friday. It won't update till early this AM when it gets scanned at the new airport.
 
I'm very pissed at Amazon, my June 10th pre-order, which was pre-ordered while the PS4 conference was still going on, is still at "Shipping soon". They are selling launch editions while my shit still isn't coming to me? They better not miss Friday.
 
Hrm, Mine has been sitting at 'A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.' since last night. I'm going to be pretty irate if it doesn't get here tomorrow.

For me, it took a bit for the order to show up there. If I tracked it and tried to change delivery it would give me a try again in 30 minutes error. Trying it from the Calendar worked for me though.

Thanks for looking at this, it doesn't show up in the calendar. I'm thinking amazon might have placed a restriction on the shipment so I can't change it, on chat with them now.

I feel you. Especially since most of us ordered early June yet we're at the bottom of the list when it comes to priority. I don't think I can be an Amazon customer after this. Call me too serious but when you promise a product on a day for months, then that should be your guarantee whether it gets to the destination by a day or two early, despite what Sony says.

I work and study so hard, spending $400 dollars on a video game console is kind of a serious ordeal for someone my age.

Live in NJ, I called, and the best the lady could do is give me $30 credit which isn't even in my account at all right now. Guess I'm waiting Monday and never buy online for release day ever again
 
I have no idea what is going on with mine.

It didn't ship until around 5 hours ago. I got a tracking number and called UPS to see if I can get it held at the customer center. Then Amazon changes the status to 'Delivered' on one page and 'Shipped' on the other. Meanwhile the UPS website says in Transit.

They waited until the last possible moment to ship it out since I'm relatively close to a fulfillment center and it is going to bite me in the ass.
 
All I have to say is that FS and BB and CP disappoint me. What ever happened to on time delivery.. Could've atleast ship it early to the closest CP warehouse of the client, and then ship it the day of. ffs.. /rantover

I'm gonna cry myself to sleep.
 
Hmmm my tracking has since since earlier tonight... So when I first saw it it was telling me that the item was first processed in Missisauga at 0:04.

But now it's saying that it was actually electronically submitted at midnight yesterday (thursday morning) and processed at 5:55PM. It was then "Picked up by Canada Post" at 0:04 still in Missisauga... So maybe there's a bit of hope now? Not sure...

Still gives an estimate delivery for 18th tho...

I would make sure you are in Calendar View there, and not Table View. Like I said, mine didn't show up right away in Calendar View either. I had been F5ing all day, finally got out of the Shipping Now Limbo, got my email confirmation that it was Shipped but the tracking number wasn't working (probably because I was catching it RIGHT as it was given to me and it just wasn't caught up yet.) Then the tracking number showed it was headed to carrier but wouldn't show in Calendar, then finally it popped up in Calendar View and I was able to select Change Delivery and set it up at Will Call.

Hope you get yours sorted, interested to hear what you find out. Of course I will update what happens at Will Call 12 hours from now and hope others that have their tracking status as Exception do the same. Hoping it reaches the actual Customer Center late tonight early tomorrow, the request for Delivery Change is applied, and the rest is easy going. I hope. Sorry for the rambling, but hoping to help anyone here in a similar situation worry a bit less?

Exactly. My friends tell me" It's just three fucking days relax" but to me it's the principle of it all. I was one of the first to order and yet I'm getting mine last while others who ordered after me are getting theirs a day early?!

I will never do business with Amazon ever again if they don't come through tomorrow.
 
I have a tracking number and NOTHING else. Tracking says a label is printed and that's it.

I have a distribution center 3 hours away. Is there a chance they're driving it to the local UPS place in Roanoke?

Yeah it won't show up until it arrives and is scanned at a UPS hub. Mine took 6 hours from leaving the Amazon FC to show up on the UPS website.
 
My PS4 is sitting in the UPS local facility waiting to be delivered to me bright and early at work. Will be able to plug and play at 4PM. I just snagged Contrast, Resogun, and Sound Shapes
already platinum, but sure, why not?
off the SEN store. Think if I register my Journey collection that came with Flower, I can get that cross buy as well.

Oh well, sweet dreams for me tonight.
