NA GAF - Post your PS4 shipment info!

Has anyone that has received theirs via UPS had to sign for it? Mine is 99% likely to be delivered while I'm stuck at work.
 
Mine just changed to shipping now but this guy in amazon chat is saying they expect it to get delivered today. Kinda doubt it but it would be a pleasent surprise.

Edit: well now it says not yet shipped.

For what it's worth, here's my tracking history:

Atlanta, GA, United States
11/15/2013 12:53 A.M. Out For Delivery
11/15/2013 12:52 A.M. Origin Scan
11/14/2013 7:52 P.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

If I'm reading it correctly, it left the Amazon warehouse and essentially went out for delivery as soon as it hit UPS. So, I guess it may be possible for you to still get it today.

I am a little suspicious about the ~1 minute it sat at the UPS facility, though.
 
Mine should be delivered by around noon. Yay.

How is the firmware update speed for those that have it? I have the file on my PC, but I can't find a USB stick. Wondering if it's worth it to keep looking, or if I should just update directly on my ps4.
 
Waiting 10 minutes for the customer center to open. Sure hope there's customer parking, this lot is way past capacity! I had to go to the post office to wait.

It FINALLY shipped and now it says the delivery date is Monday? This is total BS. I pre ordered it the second it came up and they treat me like this? I'm very disappointed in amazon.

You should not have to sign for it, however if you have not already authorized a shipment release, the choice of leaving it on the door or leaving a notice and taking it back to the warehouse is determined by the driver.
 
Have faith guys, mine said shipped but it was on receive label but not arrive for a few hours and it seems to have been already traveling from Delaware to Baltimore,MD when i got finally update last night

Just got home after picking up from UPS customer center after i said hold for pickup before leaving for delivery this morning

Mine went from Order Processed straight to Out for Delivery.

Guys, I'd urge you all to calm down. Shipping for this is completely weird, if you don't receive it by 8PM tonight then you can go ham on CS. Until then anything is fair game because you agreed to have it delivered to the specified address by 8PM.

I'm calm. In the back of my head, though, I picture some sort of ninja unload/loading of the trucks where they just throw boxes out of one, have it magically scanned in the air, and have them land in the delivery truck.

This is why I'm staying home all day waiting. My neighbor has a son who has been arrested for breaking in to houses on the street, and I know he has stolen packages before also.



He's one bad egg.
 
Sucks my package is send by FedEx. Last update says it is across the country from a day ago, but I know they delivered in the past while ignoring tracking. x.x

So, Canada Post just updated my order from 'Monday' to 'On Truck For Delivery'.

Thank god I went out and got that launch unit 1 hour ago...

Sigh! Ah well, one will be returned. No harm, no foul.
 
Went to UPS to pick it up and they said the item wasn't on the train car...in fact they are missing 600 packages from that train car.
 
GAHH! I drove like 45 minutes to get to my UPS distribution center and my PS4 has been there since yesterday and I did the will call thing as soon as it shipped but when I got there the guy was like it isn't ready yet come back in four hours. This is crap.

Don't happen to be in Virginia, are you? Amazon told me it is at the fulfillment center in Chester, Virginia. Which is great, since I am in Norfolk, which is only like 3 hours away in good traffic.

Kansas City (suburbs). The nearest Amazon warehouse is in Coffeyville Kansas.

They must have "fallen off the back".
 
Just got back from the UPS center in Indy, had a little neogaf meetup with a few people waiting on their PS4s at the center.

Now time to play.
 
Did anyone receive their PS4 from UPS yet? If so, do I have to sign stuff? I'll be home but the problem is that I'm gonna pass the fuck out once I'm home since I didn't sleep yesterday.

Mines south of Atlanta and it came from a warehouse in Chattanooga.
