Yeah, the prices vary between regions. You can switch, but it requires formatting your vita and another memory card. It is easy, but takes a few minutes compared to the instant toggle on the ps3.
Just about to finish Uncharted and I have found it alot of fun. I thought they implemented the touch screen and other features of the Vita really well and I found the story interesting.
Slowly working my way through the PS+ backlog before my inevitable PS4 purchase and the Remote Play joy it brings with it
And yet, somehow, I was still able to play VLR, understand the plot, figure out the things everyone thought were mind blowing before the game told me about them, and overall enjoy playing the game. Imagine that.
I'm sure it's a fine game. Someday, if it comes to a platform I own and want to buy it for, maybe I'll play it... but since it's not on Vita and I don't own an iPhone/iPad, I'm glad I didn't wait.

Keep on playing, you will find the way. It was the same for me at the beginning but now I found how to hold it just with my left hand and use one finger for the back touchpad. Now I'm moving into Club mixes after having dominated Pop. Make your way little by little start humble, and practice will push you forward.
To the second, it depends. If you played previous persona games I suggest the hardest difficulty, makes the battles more challenging by making the enemies weaknesses a bit harder to take advantage of and the bosses become more interesting. If you haven't then normal is reasonable, but I found some of the additions they made to P4G to make the game easier so it'll probably be easier than the original Person 4 on PS2

My post was about how you mentioned the story not making much sense, which would be the case in this series with how it tells its story.
Non the less you really should've started with 999, since it would have added more immersion to VLR, namely (ONLY READ THIS IF YOU PLAYED 999)
Tenmyouji is freakin' Junpei. When I saw Akane's picture I assumed he was her grandfather or an old detective who was investigating her case.
Clover and All-Ice/Alice, with them being there one would NEVER guess the game takes place 50 years in the future. Besides Clover being a character in 999 makes one wonder what her role is in this game.
And then there's the final puzzle room: Room Q, and how Tenmyouji remarks with 'OK now someone's just being a smartass', if you've played 999 you'd figure what it'd mean
Stop making up reasons for being lazy on getting the game, which you should be playing the actual NDS version of.
With Black Friday coming soon, getting a DS and finding a copy of 999 shouldn't be too hard I believe.
Really the main reason one should've played 999 first is that it adds to the tension and immersion of VLR, it's one of those games where you just HAVE to start from the beginning.

Yeah but there's at least one reason to play 999: The interaction between characters. I really liked the dialog and made me like each character's personality and characterization.
Finally got my first platinum for the Vita. Done with P4G. I'm glad I didn't listen to Dantis about this game. This close to not buying it last year.
I was so fatigued from doing Hardcore Risette Fan that I didn't noticed it popped up 2 days ago so I wasted about 10 hours doing aliments. Over 130+ hours to plat it. I got all the costumes too.
Chie's tracksuit and Naoto's swimsuit are hot!
I'm kinda sad its over.

Depends on what you're going for. If you want trophies than Easy so you can clear dungeons in one day. Normal is pretty challenging though, however have in mind that there's a high possibility that you'll get bored of the dungeons and playing on Normal will only make the grind more dreadful. Easy mode still offers a small amount of challenge here and there.
Need a little basic help. Brand new Vita owner here. I'm trying to use my Guacamele cloud save from PS3. I know cross save is an in-game option. On the Vita game menu, I enabled cloud save, uploaded to the cloud (I had not played the game on the Vita but this is apparently a necessary step) and then downloaded the could save. When I hit continue I'm at the beginning of the game... How do I pull down the PS3 save?

Cross-save is different from PlayStation Plus Cloud Saves. You have to find a separate cloud save feature in the game itself, use it to upload the save on the PS3 version, and then download it in-game on the Vita.

Haha, i have just seen Marvel game commercial. They said there´s exclusive content for PS3 and Ps4 but they show Vita with the PS3, lol. It´s for PS3 and Vita not PS4 i would reckon. PS4 is not out here until 29th.
I was doing super good until the shadow clones of Momohime and Kiske both showed up and raped my ass. All I need is that one last cave and I can move on to fury mode!
Popped my Vita software cherry with Gravity Rush last night, seems pretty ok. Really gorgeous game, though. Didn't expect to be so impressed with the hardware. Thanks to plus and previous purchases I've got 22 games loaded on this thing already
I played a little PS1 classic Mega Man 4 right after, colors on this thing just pop. Glad my Vita seems issue-free, no dead pixels and whatever the hell mura is I'm too old and blind to notice it.
Gravity Rush is a game that gets way better as you go, through a combination of learning the controls and those controls getting easier as you power up.
Should be getting Tearaway this week. Problem is it is form my lad for Xmas. Would it be wrong if I was to play it first (to check it works properly lol)
It is more like 6 hours (does the vita keep track of each game's playtime by the way?).
I got early access to the game and finished it already... It is very good but also kinda short.
Yo, Ammatar as I'm someone how is into PSX gaming on the Vita, mind posting which region you're using? Are you EU or US? Also mention what genre you like the most and I'll compile a list for you.
The Atelier games are good stuff, in PSP there is Legend of Heroes and Ys, both awesome. Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter has a sequel coming out in 2014, so don't be afraid of buying it.
Oh wow, completely missed the news on the Trails in the Sky sequel, that was really the only thing holding me back, so I just bought that one and am downloading now (hopefully I get to make a dent in the story before Tearaway comes around).
I've got a question about the Atelier games, I'm not overly into a lot of the very "cute" oriented stuff in some jRPG's. Very obvious pandering, occasional upskirt shot, etc. (In fact the waifu bits of P4G were probably the only point of the game I didn't absolutely love), but these games seem to suggest that there is a pretty big serving of this stuff, is that a safe first impression?
I'll look into P3 as well, I put in a few hours many moons ago on the original, but the improvements sound substantial.

I've spent maybe 7 hours with the Altelier game and there hasn't been any upskirt or anything suggestive or perverted so far. A lot of the stuff has been pretty PG so far. More in line with a saturday cartoon than a JP anime. Or at the very least, a JP anime that is then filtered and formatted to suitable Saturday morning viewing.
Love PS4 remote play but need to make my Vita more ergonomically similar to the DS4. What is a good grip? Is the Nyko Power Grip good? Any other products to make the Vita more suitable as a controller?
