I did the same and was able to order a Day One edition at Amazon.
Just activate One-Click buy and F5 the the product page until it gives you option to order one. Every time someone cancels their preorder you will have a few seconds to order it.

Just walking in a store depends on the city you're living in. But I chances are high, you're only getting a standard SKU.

Yeah people with multiple preorders can use amazon as a backup then cancel.

I saw DR3 constantly during the NFL in the UK last night. Every single ad break. I also thought it would better to mix them up a bit rather than blanket one game. What do I know though, I don't work in marketing.

I saw a couple DR3 ads as well, but I'm pretty sure it was during The Walking Dead, not the games.

I´ve got all this . I was just judging by the Cboat (yeah, I know) stuff linked earlier, that they don´t go by IP anymore, but only by the locale you set. That´d be AWESOME!

Most video and music apps will check your IP.
