They just had a huge Persona concert in August and the sites code implies that it's a game

Well here something to think about. They have been showing train station with the teasers. It is possible that you use trains to go into this games version of the dark hour. Every train leads to a different dungeon. So the Osaka train leads to one dungeon while the Tokyo train leads to another.
The carnival of stupid keeps chugging along, and well...not a whole lot else. Check the last two pages.

It was announced (via twitter) that after the announcement there will be an interview between a japanese game journalist and a voice actress not yet associated with the Persona franchise.

The fact that a Japanese voice actress so far unaffiliated with the series is going to be present is a big deal if you think about it, that sounds like it'll be a new game, not a soundtrack tour.
