I'm already planning on my little "set" for my streaming stuff lol, i think i'll move my PS4 from the living room to my home office cause it's more private(for my family i mean) that way if i want to stream only i don't have to worry about my wife walking half naked into the picture lol.

There's going to be some crazy shiz broadcasted this way...I have a feeling they might disable Playroom streaming if it gets bad. But yosp likes the idea, so they can't be close to that end.
The difference between Sony and Nintendo on this subject is that if let say a criminal act occurred using this feature on the PS4, the Sony higher ups would say something like "eh, only something like .4% of people are doing it for illegal purposes our studies say" and Nintendo would be all "SHUT. IT. DOWN."

As far as I know, views are not monetized like YouTube. You will likely need a partnership to make money unless you can build enough of an audience that is willing to donate via Paypal on a regular basis. My guess is that to get a partnership you would need a popular stream that consistently has hundreds of viewers and runs regularly. It would probably be a full time job to make it in the Twitch world.
Ads + Subscriptions. Once you get enough audience you can be partnered by twitch which allows you to get a subscription button. Half the money from subscriptions goes to the streamer. Lots of streamers also have donate through paypal directly options. Then add in any sponsors that the streamer might have, though this is usually only for really really well known streamers.
Nice to see the streaming becoming more mainstream though. Most my nights for the past year have been watching people play games than actually play them myself. Great bedtime TV.

All twitch needs to do is... their job. Playroom is not the problem; they don't need to ban the game. They just need to make sure their TOS isn't being violated.
And that vampire3030 stream is probably violating the TOS. But I'm not reporting it. Seems fine to me.
Edit: He seems to be screening videos before broadcasting them. He's toeing a fine line, and I don't think he'll get away with it. Jiyuna, I think, got banned for less.
