I'm not an advocate of concealed carry...
But I hope everyone that gets punched in this "game" can shoot their attacker at least once.
Boredom is not an excuse to attack people, and you get what you deserve here.

America's chickens coming home to roost once again.

Keep pretending that playing that war porn "national anthem" before sports events on tv and at school does not make our youth violent.

Wait till some kid gets straight up stabbed for punching the wrong person.

They'll just go after 'easy looking' targets then. Maybe this is an instance where some vigilance would be fitting.

edit: or shot. yeah shot could happen too. I'm guessing they don't just walk up to the 6 foot tall, angry looking black guy who looks like he wishes someone would just walk up and punch him in the face so he could get away with killing someone.

One of these days these so called youths will pick on the wrong person - like Dr David Banner. They'll all be stood around laughing after they've knocked him on his arse but that laugher will turn to high-pitched screams of fear as their 'victim', now 7 foot tall, green and built like a brick shithouse, scoops them up in his massive arms and individually bums them to death with his enormous green plonker.

That'll learn 'em.

Are these kids stupid hitting people on the side of the head? You'll kill someone if you hit them hard enough on the temple...

Senseless violence is gross

People have already died. In the OP:

"Back in September, a New Jersey man, 46-year-old Ralph Santiago, was found dead with a broken neck and his head between two fence spikes in Hoboken, the Jersey Journal said. Some suspect he was a victim of the warped game.

Hoang Nguyen, 72, of St. Louis, died from knockout while walking home from a store in April 2011, according to the St. Louis Patch-Dispatch."

72 years old. 72 years of life taken away because of this fucking sick game. He has seen and lived through more things than the cowards that killed him. I can guarantee that if I or someone I know gets knocked out by this stupid game, they better make sure I am dead because there will be body bags.

It looks like this may have already arrived in Philly

A friend's 115 lb, 14 yr-old daughter was a victim of this "game" earlier this week. Yes, it happened in North East.

It's truly cowardly shit that kids and the elderly are target for this. Although, the only thing new about this "game" is its name. This reckless, unprovoked violence has been going on for some time now.

Random assaults, now with a digestible name for those with short attention spans. Keep living in your state of fear and not addressing the causes, America.

The point was that this is not the big, bad media trying to make kids look like sociopaths by using them fancy words.
There's probably like one group of kids who do this as a game, the rest are sociopaths and muggings. This is the media making a mountian out of a molehill which is the thing they do always

Do they have any proof that those deaths had anything to do with the knockout game? Sounds like the typical media habit of attributing unsolved killings to a random-frightening-thing-of-the-moment.

Remember all those gangs of murderous satanists that roamed the country in the 80s?

This article seems to suggest that media coverage of "knockout games" attacks may be overblown and nothing more than moral panic.

This sounds more credible.
