I think the Vita in some form will be around as long as the PS4, the remote play is too good a selling point.

Even if they released a PSPGO style digital only one with cheaper components, it's still a viable profit centre, especially since they make huge margins on the memory.

I almost forgive the memory cards as it keeps the device viable for Sony.

First off, and anyone feel free to answer but this is aimed at Dave: how comfy is the og Vita without grips? I ask Dave as iirc we are both taller chaps and I don't want my hands smanging the rear touch screen all the time.

Also, how good is 16gb for now? Thinking Killzone, Dragons Crown, LBP and then just indies and PSP stuff for now.

Tempted by the new bundles and not sure I want ti import the 2000 right now as the Vat will be a ton. Will grab a 64gb when they hit over here.

Sorry I missed this, I'm moving house this weekend. I personally find the Vita very comfortable, and I've got hands like plates. Never felt the need to buy a grip. Played a good four-five hour stretch of Tearaway last night and no cramps. The rear touch is a pain when you're consciously worrying about it but my hands seem to have figured out how to hold the thing and now I don't give it a second thought.

I got by on 16GB for a year without issues. That said, having silly fast internet and PS+ was a large part of that. It made chopping and changing a lot easier. There's certainly enough room on there for what you describe.

Take the plunge!

(Now back to lugging boxes around why do I own so much shit?!).

Somewhat disappointed that P5 is not going directly to Vita, but Vita still gets a rhythm game by Project Diva devs?... I'm OK with this.

I just hope they're all going to be localized, because I do intend on buying all four games. P5 is a given, and P4A2 probably as well and worst case scenario it's a fighting game anyway, but Q and Dancing All Night are definitely not automatically confirmed.
