The PS App should be able to work on both iPhone and iPad? Says compatible with them both anyway.
Wth, my Dualshock 4 order from Amazon uk has dispatch date of 28:th... Amazon playing favorites or something?
I don't see a dispatch estimate. Just an estimated delivery of 29th.

Now I kinda wish I did order in-store for the midnight launches. DPD better not take too long to deliver xD I wake up (if i even get to sleep on friday) and see the drivers 1 hour window isn't until 5pm or something i'll cry D:

Think he means it does not have native iPad support. Optimisation for screen size etc.
Just runs the iphone one.
Pre-paid for my PS4 today, 100% confirmed for Thursday night... it's going to be a long two days.

Doubt it will be tonight but I wouldn't bet against tomorrow. Would be far easier if Amazon started dispatching PS4s over 2 days and apparently the only reason they dispatched Xbox Ones on Thursday was because Microsoft didn't want anyone to receive one early I read somewhere.

I really wouldn't risk that.
The gameplay is a bit monotonous, but I think it's kinda relaxing. I'm sure it'll be my number one game to play with the Vita in bed before going to sleep. You can try the original flash game to get a feel for it (it's a bit dated though): Motherload
There's also a (pretty good) clone and its sequel for iOS: I Dig It and I Dig It Expeditions
It's compatible because it runs on the iPad, but there's no dedicated UI yet.
I am in the opposite situation with Shopto. I have my delivery address set as work by default and forgot to change back to my home address. There is no way I am changing it now, even though I have booked the day off work for fear of mucking things up. Will collect it from work when it's delivered.
Will be a lot of F5 pressing on the tracking page that day!

If you pre ordered there before August 23 you should be paid and ready by now.

My Dad wants to get it from John Lewis online which doesn't show it on sale till midnight of release. Which means I won't get it till Saturday at the earliest ffs. That's assuming I managed to get an order through in the inevitable rush. Would extra charge delivery get it sent same day?
It's especially annoying since this is the first time he's ok with getting hardware online.

Ordered with Amazon on August 21st, action pack. Been talking to Amazon every so often for the past 7 days making sure everything is OK. I had to add a replacement bank card to my account due it expiring 11/13. They said it will have no bearing on my order, so after I added my card checked my order and still said delivery for Friday.
This morning I apply a gift card to my account and then my delivery date changed to "AFTER XMAS"! Was like WTF…so spoke to Amazon chat and was told its fine i will have it Friday, but had a feeling I was being told this to shut me up.
Just got home from work and checked the forum and noticed users have dispatch times! So got back on to Amazon and was told a different story, now being told I will have an update in 48 hours (Thursday night, which is too late for Friday delivery). From then I said I wanted to speak with a manager because this is not on….and they agreed
Amazon called me up and said they are going to speak directly with the warehouse and have it sorted and call me back in 30 mins…
If I was you guys who ordered with Amazon and made ANY changes, even applied a gift card….get on to them ASAP

Do not change any details on your Amazon order at this stage. Any changes and you won't get it on Friday. Ignore what any customer support person will say.
They have an option to get it sent to one of their stores which would be for Saturday pickup.

So far I found two stores. One told me they have 4-5 consoles, the other one told me to call them again on thursday for an exact number.
