Odd so Mario does ass modeling now?

he's... rather lacking junk in the trunk. I mean I figured plumber, jumps and runs, and squats alot, I was except some wheels. Does explain why he always has straps or overalls though. chubby but narrow smooth hips.

Miiverse comment: "Here's the new edition of the Ray Gun. The Smash Bros. mark appears backward because it acts like a stamp. We design the Ray Gun carefully each time to ensure it doesn't look like a real gun."

I kind of dig it. Still a shame they didn't model it after the NES Zapper, but I guess that'd fall under it looking like a real gun.

I don't mind the new design, but was there really a problem with the old ray gun? I'm pretty sure little Billy could tell it isn't a gun based on its sound effects and what it fires.

Well, we had a first look on the item capsules too during E3, but they changed them. So, never say never.

That's right. Look at the bright side, apparently they saved a lot of their time by transferring the contents from Brawl to Wii U, and updating the models, hotboxes, etc from there.

They better not remove Super Scope from the game or change it's model.
Regarding Super Scope, I want to be able to alter the course of its shot with Marth again. KOing a foe in a Team Battle with the Super Scope shot of his partner always was THE highlight when playing with friends :D

Can you imagine my disappointment when the shot just disappeared when countered in Brawl? :/

No. The Famicom Revolver is a real guns. The Zapper is a work of sci-fi imagination.

Cap'n K.Rool will have a blunderbuss too.
Nintendo always uses the local version when they make a reference to past hardware apart from very rare occasions (Wario Ware DIY's games still were on Famicomesque carts for example).

A good example of this in terms of the Zapper is the ROB boss from Wario Ware Smooth Moves. He uses the revolver in the Japanese version and the Zapper in the Western versions.

Since the Super Scope had the same design world wide it is the safer of the two options for Nintendo gun accessory item.

I always thought something on the stage sets it on fire and is why the bridge is out or something.

Pic today is fantastic I love everything Mario Galaxy is the best stage etc.

Many people speculated that it's left over fires from Mario's final smash.

Couldn't it just be some sort of stage hazard. I don't remember Mario's final smash leaving behind flames of that magnitude. I don't think there's enough evidence to say that's Mario's final smash, most importantly because I don't see Mario anywhere In that picture at all.

Edit: Also note thay the bridge is on fire and broken. I'm almost positive its a stage hazard.

Well, I thought so too, but the little bit of Fire on the bridge does seem like Mario's Final Smash. I mean, if that's a stage hazard, where do you go? It's taking up the whole stage.

Yeah, this. You can tell that it isn't Mario's FS because the fire is on the bridge. Mario's FS only shows fire(and minuscule fire at that) on horizontal ground, not vertical.
That fire is WAY larger than the tiny little smidgens of fire that Mario's FS creates, also.

Doesn't Snake use plenty of firearms? Not guns per se, but very life-like firearms.
