I almost had a heart attack last night when I couldn't get a disc out of the PS4. I turned on the system and tried to eject NFS Rivals with the button on the console, I heard the disc tray do something but the disc wasn't popping out of the slot at all. So I tried to start the game and it said insert disc. I took a small piece of cardboard and tried to push the disc back in, and didn't feel anything move, and disc wasn't being recognized still. I was about to swear up a storm before simply resetting the machine, which made everything work again.
