Half Life 3's announcement at this week's VGXs confirmed.
Believe.
The day Half-Life 3 exists I'll probably buy a physical version if just to have something mythical to touch.
Im fairly certain Left for Dead 3 in the Valve leaks is actually the codename for Half-Life 3
After so many years of chatter and hype I truly hope HL3 doesn't turn out disappointing when it does eventually release.
Sadly, no matter how awesome it'll turn out it's going to disappoint regardless. Expectations at this point are astronomical for lot of people.
I really don't want Abrams to make a HL or Portal movie![]()
There are a number of things in the game that weren't in the 3DS version - only to make you buy it twice.
Will there be a possibility that this will have a discount during the winter sale?
We're putting it on sale Day 1, 20% off right off the bat! We'll see when we put it on sale next. I recommend everyone to pick it up December 5. Obviously we're just after your hard-earned cash as soon as possible.![]()
...or rather: SteamWorld Dig WILL be in the GOTY discussions, and we want you to be able to tell all your friends that you're so savvy that you knew this was coming and decided to support this sweet little dev immediately. You'll hear yourself saying "Remember who told you they were going to be great."
Hey, you guys are here!
You planning on a sequel?
Cool beans. We're putting it on sale Day 1, 20% off right off the bat!
Boy I can't wait til HL3 is unveiled. Not even released. Unveiled.

Hey, is steamworld worth picking up in the e-shop? what say you gaf.
I wonder who is more desperate, Half Life fans or Shenmue fans.
it's not happening guys, Valve is too busy with big picture mode and SteamOS and Steambox to care about game development at this point.
Yes, we are! And bear with the bragging below, I'm usually very humble - but I'm in flaunt mode due to SteamWorld Dig coming to Steam tomorrow. Here we go:
We've actually got the sequel pretty much figured out, and it's going to be great - at least judging from the game design document.
So it might be a tad surprising that the next SteamWorld game will NOT be that direct sequel - but rather a slightly different gameplay. Hope no one will be disappointed; I had the chance to play a vertical slice of the next game before we had to scramble all resources into the Steam version, and I almost cried with excitement.
And then earlier today we discussed yet another game in the SteamWorld series. It's going to be VERY different in more than one way, and yet similar in others. And it's going to be - wait for it - great AS WELL!
So we've got at least three new SteamWorld games coming your way. We'll work very hard to realize them all. All it takes is enough people liking them, talking about them - and buying them.
