I'm quite curious to see what kind of style they're going to use for Zelda. As much as I love the Twilight Princess style, the veteran character designs have been nothing short of amazing in my opinion.

I expect something similar to Link, Twilight Princess style with Skyward Sword colors. Maybe with bangs/parted bangs.

From what I recall, December had nothing, and January was the Direct to end all Directs.

I don't think it's realistic to expect megaton game announcements like the January 2013 Direct in January 2014. I'm going in expecting:

-Huge focus on Donkey Kong
-Finally some new footage and information on Kart. Maybe a release date.
-New character for Smash. Maybe some footage.
-Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe some new Bayonetta and X footage.
-MAJORA'S MASK REMAKE FOR 3DS BABY WOOOOOOOOO

Well, we don't know anything about story mode yet but we know that there wouldn't be SSE style mode. I'm pretty sure that we might get some kind of story mode.
