I got tearaway this week, I am absolutely loving this game, I love making the most redonkulous faces when my head shows up in the sun. And I have way too much fun designing things for characters, I haven't actually had this much "fun" in a game for some time. Now I am waiting on a sale of those memory cards and I will be as happy as a clam with my vita.

Does anyone know if it's possible for the memory sticks to go above 64GB? I read a while back from something not all that official that suggested 64 was the cap with these kinds of cards? A shame because eventually a 128GB (provided they double the 100 app limit cap) would be awesome. Reached saturation on the games I'd and just basically having enough for an estimate of Luftrausers, Eufloria HD, TxK and maybe one or two other indies like doki doki universe and that mutant mudds game/rogue legacy. Provided they don't fuck up with file sizes...doki doki universe might be big if there is a lot of voice acting...

Ah let me check what it was they were based on (the memory cards). I think it was pro duo (but a bit different)...cap for pro duo is 64 I think?

Went on a bit of a classics binge last night and finally picked up symphony of the night and also grabbed alundra and vagrant story - figured there isn't much chance of classics going on sale this time, which makes me curious about this too:

I don't mind grinding and the idea of a grinding game actually sounds fun on a portable! I am not looking for fanciful character design nor epic story, just interested into great loot and monster killing .. is it the right game for me?

Class of Heroes II is what you want...now whether its much better than the first game is for someone else to say, since the first was mediocre.

Its too bad they didnt release the final one since the second wasnt all that great. I really think they went with the wrong game in the series to localize.

Basically we PM someone our top 5 or 10 PS Vita games (PSP games released in 2013 could count I guess?) and that person tallys it all up and then the list would be put up by say the January thread.

So yeah I'm copy catting what SteamGAF are doing but this is one way for us to see what games our GAF community liked the most on Vita.

That curry game that releases tomorrow is kinda similar to Etrian. No turn based battles though so it might not be what you're looking for.

what game should i buy next before it goes on sale next week? thinking of Stardust Delta or Hot Shots.

i cant even download the free Sly game that came with my Amazon bundle with the 4 gig card i have. i finished off Walking Dead today though, so i was able to dump that from my card thankfully.

If you are into the hardcore type of dungeon crawler try check the US PSN for Elminage if its there. I know there was a US physical version released, though there were some localization problems with missing text and other whatnots. cj iwakura is the gaf member whos more familiar with that side of things as think it was. That game is closer to Wizardry than Etrian Odyssey though.

Be warned though, the dungeons are not pretty to look at. But the gameplay itself if you want a hardcore dungeon crawler is pretty solid.

With 2 out how did they do in sales? Was always curious about that. They need to skip the last one though, that totally changed the games formula as it was pretty terrible gameplay wise. While screen shots look great, everything else when you actually play it was pretty bad...

IMO the series is not nearly as good as EO, but you could give it a try

For those who import via JPSN and love SRPG do buy Summon Night 3 & 4. Some of the BEST srpg fun in a while. That and great characters. If you understand japanese even better as the story is pretty good too.

Prefer 3 a lot more than 4, but both are solid.

My 15GB of data looks like it's going to recover onto my new 32GB memory card in less than 30 minutes. Not too shabby of a process overall.

I just finished doing this for mine about 10 minutes ago. It'll get stuck at the 2-3 minute left mark while it encrypts/decrypts the backup files for like 15 minutes

The 3rd game of the series will eventually come and depending on the sales of 2 and 3 Vic will decide to continue the series or not. I'd be happy to get newer CoH games, hopefully it doesn't take 5-6 years to catch up.

That sucks you can't fill yours up yet. I back up every game onto my PC b/c I assume it transfers faster than it downloads. So I'm working on filling that extra space up right now haha

The problem was they also re-sent the original package which also included a retail copy of Gravity Rush. So now I have two copies of GR.

I contacted amazon and they just told me it would be a hassle to return and to keep it.

I believe it had cross-save since launch. Cross-play (multiplayer between PS3/Vita users) was added in a patch.
