Super Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS Thread 3: Ridley's Believe It or Not!

I expect nothing new because when I wake up to see the screenshot i'm satisfied instead of frothing that it didn't live up to my standards

As if we didn't already know, this absolutely confirms the Yellow Devil as a stage hazard.

Good thing Ridley was purposely shrouded in mystery giving guys like me hope.

Hmmm, you know I take that back, it's still not 100% but being a stage hazard is still the most likely thing. Are the characters actually looking back there or did Sakurai just place them in one of their in-between animations that just makes it look that way? Has anyone noticed these actions before?

It'd be a neat gesture if everyone indeed stopped fighting to look at the horizon before Yellow Devil arrives. Doesn't make for the most exciting of updates, but it's a nice little detail if I understood it correctly ... and hey, it was up very early, ye guys can stop sacrificing precious sleep minutes now.

EDIT: Well lol, is my vision as good as a mole's, I just NOW saw spotted the Yellow Devil hahaha, guess this means no characters turning in that direction.

Nintendo just shot themselves in the foot.

I don't know how much the rest of you know about Nintendo culture (I'm an expert), but hype and excitement are huge parts of it. It's not like it is with Sony where you can become successful by playing it safe. If you leave everyone disappointed in Nintendoland, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is with a new character reveal.

What this means is the Nintendo fanbase, after seeing the latest update, is not going to want to purchase SSB4 for either system, nor will they purchase any of Nintendo's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Nintendo has alienated their entire fanbase with this move.

Nintendo, publicly apologize and reveal a new character for SSB4 or you can kiss your business goodbye.

This could actually be a real post in this thread.
