It might work to sit down with your boss. You can talk about your feelings, maybe let him know that your feelings are getting hurt. If that doesn't help talk to the human resources department and file an anonymous complaint about your Boss's disrespectful actions.

My boss usually doesn't call me names (that I know of) but he yells at most of the other staff. Reeeeaaally fucking awkward, but on a good note we're pretty united in not liking this guy. Everyone is basically looking to jump ship as soon as they find other jobs.

I think basically he watches too much Hell's Kitchen or whatever, and thinks it's fine to yell at the staff that handles the food for basically everything, even if its not their fault at all. It's really not okay, and if there's an HR office you should go to them. If not, you could try talking to your boss one on one (if you felt comfortable enough to do that).
