Hades over Palutena sounds legit.
Someone else showed this picture, and I thought it was great, so I wanted to post it here.
I love the characters' expressions. Though I won't notice them when playing matches, but taking screenshots and then posting them on Miiverse or GAF would be fun to do.

Ohhhhh, just read your post again, I thought you were confused as to why people play with items on.
Now I see that you meant, you were saying that the argument died in the FGC while it still exists in the Nintendo fanbase.

Chrom & Lucina -- an Ice Climbers-style duo, representing Fire Emblem Awakening's "Pair Up" dynamic. Although as I proposed earlier, they could have the second character a few steps into the background, like Pokémon Trainer but closer to the foreground, and following the lead, doubling up on hits and blocking attacks. And you could switch the lead freely as a sort of "stance change."
If you can't understand why someone would prefer either game over the other (Melee or Brawl) you have absolutely no ability to think about video games from a mechanical point of view and are purely interested in the franchise for the character skins and pure quantity of content rather than any sort of quality.

I've seen this fucking stupid argument a thousand times in a thousand threads across a thousand boards and I decree NO MORE. GAF is generally good about this, and I would like to see it remain so.

hey, I was just about to mention that Pokemon was the only other competitive community with more resistance from within its own fanbase than from the outside!
is the Pokebank delay screwing up your team for that upcoming event
I actually don't expect either character to show up outside of certain stages since Pit himself was updated to represent Uprising, but if there is another one being included I'd want Hades over all else. He's far and away the more interesting character in my eyes.

I know it's early, but when do you guys plan on doing Nintendo Network ID swap for both versions of these games? I'd love to play with you guys. I also play Brawl from time to time online when I can find people but the lag makes it hard sometimes.

I'm on Team Toon Zelda, but on the selection screen they should put Tetra as the default.
I would definitely do an ID swap when someone sets it up. I remember in the New Leaf thread there was a spreadsheet with everyone's IDs. I just wish there wasn't a limit of 100 on both systems.

Apex is January 17-19, you might also see some fellow GAF members in Smash/FGC/Pokemon events
although there's probably footage of Armada playing P:M somewhere on youtube or twitch, too lazy to look for it though lol
