Thats really odd. I retrieved a key for Waking Mars. Shows up in my account info as successfully redeeming the key, and my library count went up by 1. Yet the game isn't in my library :\.

Same here, seems like Steam was having trouble connecting for a minute. Waiting five minutes and restarting fixed it. I wonder if was another DDoS thing.

I agree. There are usually only 2-5 games per batch that looks like stuff that actually belongs on Steam. But then again, a lot of stuff from these "greenlight" bundles usually gets through and that makes people happy.

Can you upgrade your Humble order to BTA after you've payed?

Yes. You'll need to go to your purchase page for that bundle, either via the URL they sent you in the email or by scrolling down to the bottom of your Humble Library.

Up near the top of the purchase page is a link that says "Like what we're doing? Click here to increase your order amount!" I think clicking on it will reveal how much more you need to pay to BTA. (And if you're wondering why your amount is higher than the current average, it's because you locked it in when you bought the bundle.)

If you signed up for the Paranormal State Group, there should be a free key coming your way at some point. Pretty good way of getting your game through the Greenlight process, free keys if you vote for them. There's some pirate adventure game that did it as well.

I agree, but there's no winning in that area. Once the floodgates were open to the transparency and idea that crowd voting could affect a game's Steam release, everyone wants a piece of the pie.

Hey, how's Papo & Yo? It looks amazing, but I dunno if the puzzle platformer genre is for me... I didn't enjoy Ico or Limbo from a gameplay perspective (and of the two, I only really liked Ico for the characters anyway. Limbo was sorta boring).
