Super Smash Bros Wii U & 3DS Thread 4: New Year, Old Arguments

I'm going to trying to put more coals in hype train for tomorrow but do not blame me if the hype train backfired tomorrow morning. I don't expect anything since it's Sakurai. Tomorrow is Smash's 15th anniversary so it's possible that we could get something special from Daily Image. What would be your prediction for tomorrow?!

the suit vanishes, only briefly, from ridley squeezing her and dragging her against the wall and not from her episode.

It wasn't just that it looked goofy either but whatever.
 
Guys...last night I had a dream that I was watching trailer for Toon Zelda, and at the end of the footage there was new comer screen. But sadly that is when I was rudely woken up before I got to see the other new comer....


Just mentioning it because I sometimes dream of the future (or Dejavu as most call it? ), did so for brawl , I dreamt that I was at a brawl tournament at a friends house owning with Lucas on the Zelda bridge stage. During the time I dreamt this, the Zelda stage was not revealed so I thought it was just me dreaming silly things. But when that moment actually happened, it was a brawl launch date party we were having. I derped in awe a bit lol.
I won the tournament :P

Not saying im a prophet, just wanted to share that.

Unless we're getting Smash in Spring, in which case we'd average about 3 character reveals a month until we hit a starting roster in the low 30s. *blind hope*
 
Before March, I'm hoping to see a veteran later this month (hopefully tomorrow), Diddy Kong on February 13, and a newcomer in a February Nintendo Direct. I honestly don't think that's a bold prediction.
 
I think the most we can possibly expect realistically is a reveal for a Smash veteran: Yoshi, Captain Falcon, Ness, or Jigglypuff.

Most likely it'll be either a stage like Final Destination or an item.

Wario would actually make some sense too, but I'm not expecting a character.
 
Forgot about the Wario thing, seems like a safe bet.....
I am probably the only one that wants him as a tagteam duo with Waluigi. And I dont even like Waluigi that much.
 
You guys expecting new final smashes? I'm expecting only the people who got new movesets (like Pit) to have new final smashes.

I wish they weren't being so tight-lipped on the game so we could know basic stuff like this. I get it Sakurai, you don't want to expose too much of the game like you did with the Dojo. But you can at least tell us if the veterans are getting new final smashes or not.
 
I'm expecting nothing in terms of reveals, tomorrow. It may be the Smash Anniversary, but that doesn't mean Sakurai won't troll you all with the fact.
 
Zelda was revealed a few weeks after the Skull Kid AT. The Ashley AT was confirmed last week, so obviously Wario's next, guys. It's infallible logic.

EDIT: Someone just Tweeted Sakurai a drawing commemorating Smash Bros.' 15th anniversary, and he acknowledged it. It's his first Tweet in three weeks. It's happening.

We know Samus has the same FS at least, for some reason I feel like most of the moves will stay close to how they were in Brawl, which is a shame because almost all of the Final Smashes are either crap or way overpowered.
 
Do people who think Bayonetta has a chance for real? Unless they go the route of shameless promotion of an upcoming game that has no prior history with Nintendo. The game is supposed to be a celebration of Nintendo, not a sales pitch.
