Eggplants can be tempurafied.
Even if that were the case, it doesn't necessarily favor the losing player. If you have a stock lead you're likely at a higher percent. Also, it doesn't say it's relative, so if you're both at high percents you'd both be afforded the same amount of invincibility presumably.
There's a ton of different ways this could go.

Didn't Sakurai say something about blacking out the up skirts for the dress/skirt wearing characters? Palutena's leg is completely visible...
Still can't believe people managed to creep Sakurai out (or was it someone else on the team who worked on Brawl, I remember there was an article posted about it in response).

Been really interesting reading all the investigations people have been doing into the Palutena leak. I really wonder if this could be the real deal... it'd be a megaton if so, just because of all the secrecy surrounding Smash 4 otherwise. I'd feel bad for Sakurai.
But man, I want this to be real. An extraordinary amount of effort went into this for it to be a fake, considering it appears to be a completely original model.
And if it does end up being a fake, well, props to the person who made it... as disappointing as that would be.

It was in the SSE mode.
Why cant I select like 3 characters, and when I die another one gets tagged in and they rotate untill either i am out of stocks, or time goes up.
Nothing too complicated, although being able to switch would be kinda cool, but i can see that getting a bit complicated.
Switch by taunting and they retain their percentage. Would be neat. As long as loading all the models doesn't cause problems.

Oh yeah, that did happen! It was actually an NOA employee (I think Nate Bihldorff?) who came on briefly to tell people to stop making inappropriate stages (and maybe pics too).

Do you do it the marvel way, each character has a percentage and when all the characters are KO'd you either loose, or if its time you respawn with all your dudes.
Or is it life Kof kind of thing where you kind of go though dudes one by one.
Then other mechanics can be bought in, can we have assists?

Had to have been, going off some of the fan screenshots he personally chose to show off on Brawl's japanese site. The English sites by comparison were handled by Nintendo of America.
I think it was an NoA rep who asked people to stop being creepy and sending them screenshots of peach's weirdass grandma pants while at the same time Sakurai had a photo of octopus G&W having his way with the female cast.

But Palutena's not wearing a skirt. She wears a toga/robe, and the skirt parts are cut open by the sides. Blacking out her legs would not make sense.
