Not necessarily, but neither .gif is really evidence, they're clouds and we haven't had a picture from that exact camera angle before, so we can't tell if it's fake or not.

in short, the can't really be used to support either fake or real.

Plus, no one has the actual skybox model, as the clouds are most likely not all on one layer, in brawl, the clouds on stages like skyworld were overlayed polygons with transparent textures, so the clouds in the 3ds battlefield may just as well be overlayed.
