Show us your gaming setup: 2014 Edition

Here's my humble setup. Not pictured - OG Xbox, PS3 (other room) and PS4 (coming later in 2014!) - Also the HTPC running Win7 and XBMC

Cabinet is a custom made Tasmanian Oak low line unit. Been hunting for something like this for some time:

I do love it though. Bought it second hand for an absolute steal.

I picked up the receiver and 5.1 speakers for about $300 a couple of years back and are really good. Considering it was worth around $2k instead. Woot.

what samsung tv is that? look like a plasma maybe 7000-8000 model?

I don't know how you guys find nice stands like these, I've been trying to find one I like for once my place has been decorated and I'm getting nowhere!

Here is my setup

I have one spot dedicated to Xbox One/360, Arcade, and PC Gaming.

Here's a better look at the arcade and Xbox One/360 area.

Here's the steering wheel added when I want to play some Forza 5

How's the sound on those Mirage satellite speakers? Was thinking about getting some for my rear channel.

The speakers are actually pretty decent. I took them from a HTiB set and bought my own receiver. They certainly sound bigger than they look.

It's an LCD from 3 or 4 years ago I think. It's 1080p and all that jazz, just can't remember the model number as it was a replacement to a faulty LCD I had back then. Like I said, I'm hoping to move to a 60 or 65 inch series 8 plasma but Im just waiting to see how the whole 4K thing pans out over the next couple of years. The TV isn't the best but it does the job until I find the 'right' tv.

In my college apartment.

I have a composite to VGA converter, VGA splitter, and an HDMI switcher that goes into an hdmi splitter back there just so I can easily stream from all 3 of my consoles with the click of a button. I just came back from break and haven't felt like making it look more organized yet.
What's that in the SNES?

.....when you open woozah

lil" & lonely wiiU , with my cloud drive which is amazing device at home streaming everywhere

TV is 65" just 2 know..

Just moved into the parents house. Bought a cheap entertainment unit from Argos, set up my consoles, wall mounted the TV and did a bit of tidying up.

Next step: get rid of the flowers. And put my Secret of Mana poster frame up.

What do you guys think? Just pretend the flowery wallpaper isn't there - it'll be gone next week. Under the bed caters for game software storage, and controllers are in the baskets.

Call me curious, but has anyone used IKEA gear for their setups before? I tried it once with an old CRT monitor back then, and it was super light and lasted for years.
