Guess I hold my pad different because I find it quite easy to flick a glance at the map in MKDS and 7. I mean you are seeing a birdseye view of the race so it is possible to still see where you are going when looking at the map.
We've had two handhelds and Sony and MS experimenting with duel screens. In the grand scheme of things, the Wii U is a little hurdle, but it's failure could cause the other two to back off on taking it any further and thus we're back to single screen gaming and having to pause all the time and entering names with a moving cursor.
