I'm pretty sure that's wrong and you can activate games on two vitas, two PSPs, or one of each.

i think its 3 portable console. so 3 vita is possible.

Only digital things I bought from my 3DS was Senran Kagura, Liberation Maiden and all the TRFF DLC.
Being a physical first person over digital, I actually am kinda glad that Nintendo has a shoddy account system.
You know, you can get some MoHu on your Vita for only $20? With arguably better controls but other than that MH3U is more superior

Yeah pretty much, you obviously have to do the dudgeon crawling bits. But in fights if you die you basically get revived and the enemies stay at the same damage, (as in the fight doesn't restart).
After seeing for me at least how unforgiving at easy it was for the game to kill you, it was the only choice as I was enjoying the visual novel aspect of the game a lot more then the dudgeon crawling sections.

In any case, valkyria chronicles 2 for 9.99 has my interest piqued.

It really isn't.
Part of the charm of Persona games is their battle system and fusion systems. I think it's my favourite aspect of the games and I would never recommend playing on Easy first time around because of that.
Difficulty is a good thing and there aren't really any fights that are impossible to get around by messing around with fusion and making better personas to take them on with. You really do not need to grind your characters' or personas' levels in this game.
Then you get Rise and any semblance of difficulty is essentially eradicated.

As much as I love VC, VC2 was horrendous in terms of it's irritating characters and animoo generic as all fuck story. The gameplay is very very very grindy, kind of like how grindy peace walker turned into at it's end. The gameplay and it's elements are solid.
