Anyone else living in Asia with a PSN account that isn't for Asia (North America, Europe, etc.)?
Are you getting the "This service is not available in your country/region" error message when you try to access the PSN store on your PS4?

I've got that error, but it was more worrisome for me because I'm a Canadian with a Canadian PSN account but I live in Taiwan. I thought Sony had flipped a switch on region restrictions.

Can't access web store or ps4 psn, vita and ps3 are 100% fine
Was able to access the web store just 20-30 minutes ago and got Outlast downloading on my PS4.
Some of the sales on PSN are tempting me this week. I'm still making my way through P4G, but I've really been enjoying it so I'm not sure if I want to pick up Persona 2 or 3 while they're on sale.
I also haven't played a DJMAX game in forever and I'm kind of feeling in the mood for a music game... DJMAX Portable 3 is on sale for $20 - Do these go on sale often/is this an okay price?

Fuckkkkkk me. Demoes exist for a reason. I just don't like this game. I just bought a game I don't like. It feels awful. I don't even think it's the framerate. I think it's just the game in general. The character models update like once every half second. That, or there's input lag. And the camera is wayyyyyy too zoomed out. The levels are too big. Goddamnit.
At least it effectively only cost me $5 since I get the +$3 from the PLAY Sale. Or, it only cost $2 if I apply the $6 I'm gonna get from the PLAY Sale to this, on the grounds that I wasn't going to do anything with that money... Yes.
The Play Sale offset the cost of this one game, and I got it on the cheap.

What game is this?
The Rayman Games on vita are pretty good. Legends got the Murphy(?) levels now so it is comparable to the WiiU. Though you most probably own it by now.
I respect those Sola apps. They look like they actually have a little bit of effort go into them.

You can file a refund request. They'll get back to you within a week. I don't know what their policy is on refunds for crap you don't like but my account somehow got charged $59.99 once for GRID 2 when it was supposed to be a PS+ freebie. They gave me back my money within 48 hours thankfully. Not really the best level of customer service but I was just happy to get my cash back.
if you call them up and complain about how this game was unplayable for you, they will refund you in psn credit
if they really insist, just tell how bad the game is on vita - the audio bug , them frame rates
Thanks. I'll look around on the site for it. Or should I call? I just ran into a situation that confirms it has severe framerate issues. I was running along a road from a platforming section into an enemy section, and the framerate actually started gradually smoothing out !! It went from at least sub-20 if not sub-15 to a full 30fps. I'm positive this isn't running at 60fps btw. If you can't tell, it's entirely possible it's from how the game is made. But I hate it. But that's on me, I should've tried the demo.

Interested to know this .. and Persona 3 as well.
Persona 1 and 2 are more traditional rpg akin to other smt titles. Furthermore the P2 Innocent Sin psp remake has a high random encounter rate combine it with some rather fustrating dungeons. If youre coming off from P4G you need bare in mind that theyre different games.
That being said the P2 duology had a good story for it time and the writing of its character is just as strong if not better than p3/4.

To offset the negative energy I've inflicted on this board, here's some insanely good news for Android Assault Cactus. The Witch Beam game that all those 60fps gif are of. And fellow gaffer Paz is making it so.
That right there is the recipe for a well reviewed Vita game. It's so sad that they ever so rarely get all 5 of those at the same time. It's shaping up to be goooooood.
Innocent Sin looks great on the Vita, unfortunately there's no Eternal Punishment PSP remake available in English but for the US you can get the PSOne classic version.
It's a totally different game to 3 and 4. Keep that in mind, the battle system and persona summoning system are completely different and P1 and 2 definitely have more in common with mainline Shin Megami Tensei games than they do Persona 3 and 4. I love all of them for different reasons but if you're after the same experience as P4G you'll be disappointed.
I'll strongly agree with Kiriin. They're great games, the battle system is still very fun regardless of how different it is in P2 and Innocent sin.
P3P is more akin to P4G in every single way, whereas P2 deals with more adult characters and P2PSP uses the now overused schoolboy trope. ( I really like P2 Eternal Punishment)

me too, but these may as well be permanent drops by now.
i know it's a dumb thing to complain about, but i honestly can't remember the last time their games weren't on sale. and all that P4A DLC takes up a few pages, gets me excited there's stuff on sale, but nope, just two page of Altus tacked on to the weekly sales.

Man, VitaGAF always gets the best juniors. Then they usually go to post upwards of 25 posts per day too, spreading the good word. I'm gonna go finish Persona again. It's really hard for me to do Social Links because I just send go hang with Rise. It's dat voice.
Just play on normal. You don't want the dungeoning to be a complete bore do you? It's not that hard anyway. Just grind out a good core group of Persona.

Yep. At a certain point in-game you certainly will feel like a God killing machine. Especially if you get the multi enemies spells.
I dunno why people think P4G has a lot of grinding. It's a bare minimum. If you play on Easy it is impossible to lose so the game element of P4G becomes totally irrelevant, I would never recommend it. It's easy enough of Normal.

I hope Sony discounts some of the release titles of the vita. I started my Vitabro life with Persona by late April and some of those games are now quite hard to find in the market.
Go for BitTrip. Persona sales quite frequently now so if you missed it now you can still get it at a lower price later.

I might be a bad boy if i actually want to buy Asphalt injection no?... is the lack of arcade racing titles. im thristy of that genre on Vita and i already have NFSMW, Im a fan of Ridge Racer Saga but this time ill not Dip on RR unless is like 5 dolars.
And yes old games are difficult to find right now.
There's a setting you can turn on that allows downloading in standby mode, don't think there's an auto shutdown as of yet though.
