What I don't like about Brawl is that the PokéBall Pokémon started giving more of a focus on legends:
Moltres
Mew
Entei
Suicune
Lugia
Ho-Oh
Celebi
Latias
Latios
Groudon
Kyogre
Jirachi
Deoxys
Manaphy
We need more PokéBall Pokémon that aren't legends. They're awesome, too, afterall.
But Electrode is already in the game.

I wouldn't mind having a Noivern Pokeball.
He could use Boomburst as a means to disrupt other players or even use the sound waves to distort what you see on screen. I also wouldn't mind seeing Sylveon be a Pokeball and have him/her use Misty Terrain to halve all damage in the surrounding area.
I love playing smash #4Stock, 8 minutes, no items, starter/counterpick stages only.
But I also love playing with items granted it's only Assist Trophies, Pokeballs, and Smash Ball.
Having all the items on are fun for a while but it just gets way too chaotic. I already find having pokeballs, ATs, and Smash Balls out disruptive enough as it is. Items are great as long as they don't become something that every relies on throughout the course of the match. We need to bring the stock to like 15 to even have a lasting match with items.

A new Goldeen like Pokemon would replace it, would you really want to doom some other Pokemon to that fate?
I never understood why it was Goldeen and not Magikarp...

Face is a bit off but considering the quality of most custom models in Brawl that's pretty good. Goes to show how far they've come.

So Palkia still affects the stage/gameplay in the same way, he's just a Poké Ball now instead of a Spear Pillar stage hazard?
I'm down with that. Spear Pillar is one of my favorite stages in Brawl, so I'll miss it if it's gone (which it probably is now), but having Palkia still able to throw that hazard into the match at any time is a nice compromise. I never had trouble with the reversed/upside-down controls, so I always found it really rewarding when that happened and I was able to own buddies while they ate shit.

I think that's mostly a side-effect of having almost all of the legendaries in Melee. Eventually there'll be nothing but legendaries because there's so many of them.
Don't forget Ryo Akizuki as Marth's counterpart.That is equal to like Dante and Deadpool.

Also: Why do they use the Japanese names? Rockman, Koopa, etc.

It's fake, and the Japanese names are probably chosen to try to add legitimacy to it by making it look like a screenshot of a Japanese development build. Jigglypuff not being called Purin is a dead giveaway though.
