Ended up taking the plunge on all of the portable persona games. I had picked up P4G a few weeks back, but was waiting for a sale on the rest of them. Thrilled to see that it wasn't just a select few persona games like the Atlus twitter postings seemed to indicate.
Really too bad about Dustforce. I'm still tempted to pick it up for the cheaper price (and the vita play credit) and just hope it gets patched.

God dammit, just bought the Plus games for this month(EU) but was charged for Dynasty Warriors despite showing up as free when added to basket, but stupidly didn't pay attention during checkout. What's worse, I already have the physical version. Hopefully support can fix it

I just traveled through two flights and a long ass layover with my Vita + HORI grip. It's not that bad to travel with, and the HORI makes the Vita actually nice to hold instead of struggling to find room for my hands and getting bad cramps. I'll never play Vita without it.

Tempted to buy it now. I hope it's available in my country. I've been seeing a lot of people selling 2nd hand ones but none of the retailers that I've been to sell them.
I don't understand why one console has to "win" in order to be relevant enough. Not when the Vita has so many good games. They just haven't tried playing a Vita yet.

Have you entered one of the Pinoy 3DS groups in FB? If ever Vita is mentioned all I see is 1.LOL VITA, 2. HAEZ NO GAMEZ, 3. NO MH, 4. RIP VITA. Its sad comparing to the vita groups who actually don't criticize the 3DS to that derogatory extent.

Yeah, I've seen those. It's really sad seeing the Vita get thrown by the wayside just like that.
There was one post in the Toukiden group where they criticized MH and said MH sucks in every possible way. Of course by then the conversation went to how 3DS sucks and they can have their sucky MH. There was a lot of arguing but the situation was diffused when somebody posted this image.
Saying Pokemon is better than both of them.
What I'm trying to say here is that it goes both ways but we seldom see the Vita guys act that way while most of the time, at least in NeoGAF, all I can see is Vita hate. Outside this thread of course.
When the framerate is in the teens during platforming, I call that unplayable. How are you supposed to speed run the game with an unstable framerate? Outside of this scenario, where there's a demo, it's not bad practice to believe people on GAF.
We need to hold our Vita games to a high standard. People jumped down Roll7's butt for no friend leaderboards and now they're going to add them in. The game is no different. It needs to be competent and run at a locked framerate.
TThe rest of it is my opinion on the design of the game, so that's holds as much weight as you deem it necessary.

I'd buy more if we got more sales. I only keep one retail game at a time because of the stupid cart sizes and the prices on PSN are horrible most of the time. Stuff like Atelier, Persona 4, Rayman (both), LBPV, DJ MAX, etc would all get purchased by me at the $10-15 range. After the disappointment that is Ys Celceta I'm so not willing to throw down $30+ on a digital game I can't resell if it ends up being poo. I'm the same way on Steam, "wait for a Steam sale" is the best motto.

So I'm running out of space on my 'ol 80GB and wanted to snag a couple PS+ games before they expire.
If I "purchase" them for free on the SEN store site does that make them mine so they'll be tied to my account and I can just download them later, even after they expire? The last couple times I would download the games and then just delete them to make room for the next batch since I wouldn't get to them til later anyway. But I want to secure them as mine before they expire.

For what it's worth, I've been playing Terraria non-stop for weeks, I'd hate to see what kind of hours I've put into it, and I feel like I've only just scratched the surface. I've definitely got my $15 out of it. To me it's everything I was hoping Minecraft would be. You can still build and explore, but there's a lot of bosses to fight and more resources together, it's just more "gamey" than Minecraft.
Yes, just make sure you confirm your purchase at the checkout and it's done, you dont have to download anything. I redeem PS4 titles all the time even though I dont have one yet.

The 14 for 14 sale was excellent, and I was pretty pissed we didn't get it. The current sale is good though, I'll give you that. Any Vita owner worth their salt should have Tearaway/Spelunky/Hotline Miami/Terraria

I guess if the idea of sandbox creation and exploration doesn't appeal to you, you wouldn't. It's definitely great for kids though, both games. I don't like Terraria as much as I do Minecraft, the Vita port of that needs to come soon. It's been rumored for March, but that's likely an IGN placeholder.
