Yeah just not my thing. I don't mind fanservice but I felt this was way too much fanservice and the plot suffered for it. I'm worried that when I eventually see Across The Spiderverse, I might hate the movie due to that aspect of it.
I'm getting tired of movies and shows trying to use fanservice to hook me in, when lot of times it's used poorly

I think this one would be much more enjoyable for you, at least from my estimation.
No Way Home was pretty much entirely about fanservice, as the whole plot revolved around the characters from the other movies showing up, whereas this one revolves mostly around Miles and the established plot / characters from the first one, with most of the nods / fanservice existing in the background.
