He was born in the US and moved to Australia when he was a very young child, maybe infant. Of course, we've also got Arnold Schwartzenegger, and Jackie O. on the list, both of which were not born in the US.

I actually caught some of this show last night, and it was amusing, but sickening all at the same time.

Matt Lauer on The Daily Show was great, all the two of them did was blast the American public for picking shitty people on the list.

Also, for anybody wondering what the "Q Scores" they were talking about, they're a score formulated by some marketing company (I can't remember which off the top of my head) and they basically rank how marketable celebrities are compared to each other.
