Hi guys, first time poster, long time reader, hopefully I get this right.

Darksiders 2, 720p thumbs linked to fullsize 1440p. Used Q's injector posted in the official thread and thats about it. I'm just getting back into PC gaming after getting my new monitor (Samsung SA850) Screens are .jpg, converted at 100% from .png.

The odd performance and the 25FPS bug, it's like the plague with the GEM engine. If I could play these rock solid at 60FPS like we should be able to, I'd still play it every day. I sunk an insane amount of hours into Soldiers: Heroes of WW2 and the original Men of War. Wanted to go crazy in Assault Squad but that 25FPS bug was just everywhere.

Weird, never encountered that. Mine usually hovers around 30-40fps which is fine by me. I do have to scale the draw distance way back though, but I can get away with everything else at max.

Well, this 25FPS bug isn't an overarching issue, it is a deep rooted issue with the game's GEM engine and they never bother to fix it. Tons of complains about it as well.

Good eye! I'm using the Isilmeriel LOTR Weapons Collection mod, which is incredible 3D work. Gorgeous texturing and lighting on the weapons. I don't mind the cross-references to LOTR, as the weapons themselves look so much more incredible than Skyrim's drab weapons. Take a look:

It's a mod. The texturing is pretty good and it fits the universe to some extent, but I should also mention that like many of the armour mods in Skyrim, there's a bit much skin shown and the breasts are unusually bigger. Speaking in general about mods in Skyrim, it's actually kind of frustrating that it's rare to find both male and especially female armour that isn't sexually pandering. Anyway, the mod is called Mage Outfit and is located here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14198
