I went to the 600 a looong time ago when Robby Gordon (Hunter Reay's brother in law) pulled double duty. He got dropped off by a helicopter in the infield. Cut it close, but he made it.

Robby Gordon finished 6th in 2000 and Tony Stewart was 6th in 2001, so Busch tied them.

IIRC Tony finished 3rd in the 2001 600. And he basically felt like death by the end.
