It's actually a very consistently smooth experience. Doesn't look bad in motion at all.

That's some pretty awful shadowing and lighting.

Let me jump in and add Halo 5 really does hit the lowest bar yet for a AAA fps this gen, despite often not looking quite this bad. It always hovers in the below average graphical fidelity range.

Yep, Halo 5 looks better in single player than multiplayer.

I've since switched it to capture png. But those images were from back before the option was available.

Very good. It just looks bad because that screenshot was taken in a mode called Warzone which has 24 players and AI and huge maps. Detail and textures take a hit because of that. All of the regular maps and the single player all look phenomenal.

Plenty of pics halo 5 looks good, never judge a game on a few ugly pics, you can make any game look bad with some pics.
