It's a bandwidth thing. Those pics only have to load up once, even if they're being quoted.

It's amazing how clean they have made it, especially considering it holds a pretty rock steady 30 as well. So many stop and look moments in the game so far.

THIS is what's getting me more than the visuals, its one thing that it's so freakin gorgeous, but it's so consistently smooth at the same time, other than maybe shadows, I don't see any concessions made
